The shopping experience was easy and relaxed. The sales staff made me aware that they were there if I had any questions, but didn't hover. When I did have questions, they were super detailed in their answers and told me to size down as the jeans can stretch up to an inch in the waist. Information that I never would have known had I just ordered online. These are my first pair of Duer jeans and can already tell they won't be the last. They fit great and are incredibly comfortable

Hard to find a more comfortable jean. Huge bonus being a local company with jeans designed in Vancouver. Shop local! Great selection with a friendly staff. They did not have the color I wanted in my size, so they shipped it to me in a few days. My new go to jean.

Such an easy on-line purchase experience. My biggest fear when buying online is the fit, and these pants fit perfectly! The pricing is not as high as other comparable brands. Highly recommend!

The girl is very helping me! And also i call back to make sure my jean cutting length is maximum 3inch, not more than 3 inch, and the guy in the store was helping to pinch the length, i don’t know both name, but they are friendly and very helpful! Happy of my purchase in the store first time, good experience!

Love their jeans! The material is very comfortable and stretchy, great for activities and travelling. Recently, I had picked up the wrong size. In store exchange was straightforward, the employees helpful and friendly. Thanks!

I visited this store recently to find my size having been recommended by a friend. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was such a pleasant experience, one that rarely happens now when everything is online. I went in looking for one jumpsuit and now want multiple items! I usually have to get all my pants altered and today was the first day I found pants and jeans that fit perfectly. Excited to style and wear Duer when my purchases arrive.

Had a great experience my first time in Duer. Purchased the Fireside Girlfriend Black Jeans, Fleece-lined. Ania/Ana and Skyler were SO helpful, especially with advice on sizing. I was hesitant to buy a size smaller but they recommended it due to the expected stretch within a week of wear, and they were right! Thank you for your patience and kind advice!

Great pants! I’ve been buying Duer jeans and pants for more than 5 years. I love the quality and that it’s a local company. Had great service today from Skylar who was super helpful and turned around my opinion on the customer service here (it had previously been subpar service shopping in store).
